We support what we sell!

The products that we distribute are designed for ease of use, but there are times when our familiarity and experience with them make it sensible to have us help you with their implementation. Some of them (such as Vertex/MV) are often modified to reflect changes required by external factors (tax rules, postal codes, etc.). Others are in a constant state of evolution, frequently enhanced to take advantage of new ideas (both ours and those of our customers).

Vertex/MV is a complex application. Despite our efforts to make it easy to use, there are a lot of things that need to be considered regarding exemptions, exceptions, nexus issues, etc. Also, its operation depends on the manner in which it is integrated with your business application. If you use a commercial software package that already has a standard interface to Vertex/MV, either your vendor or our staff can make your implementation quicker, easier and more successful. Once it is up and running you can expect prompt and effective responses to questions which arise from time to time.

First year's support is included with your original license fee. Continuing support beyond the first year is available to insure that you remain in compliance with the changing requirements of taxing jurisdictions. By renewing your service agreement with us you are entitled to receive software upgrades at no additional charge. Please refer to our Vertex/MV Release Announcements page for information about current and planned releases.

QuiZip is not complex, but it is being enhanced to provide additional functionality. Features being planned for this year's release include longitude and latitude coordinates (for point-to-point distance computation), area code defaults and population statistics. We are also developing an approach to Zip+4 assignment which will enable our customers to qualify for reduced postal rates. QuiZip may be upgraded at 50% of list price. QuiZip+4 will be a new product rather than an upgrade, but will incorporate all of its predecessor's features.

QuiChE has recently been enhanced to improve its matrix reporting of file usage by program. New reports (such as exploded, multi-level usage listings) are planned. Soon we'll be taking a look at methods of generating graphical documentation. Current users may upgrade to the newest release at a fraction of its list price.

Tweditor is the greatest productivity tool we've ever used, but we still can find ways to improve it. For instance, we are adding the abilities to set saved roll-back points, autolocate next matching lines and use expanded editor commands. As with our other lower-priced products, current Tweditor users may upgrade at a deep discount.

QuiVer is the tool that enables us rapidly to develop flexible object-oriented applications, and forms the basis for most of the user interfaces of our products. Its most apparent advantages over other development tools are ease of use, shallow learning curve, and low cost - but it is unique in its ability to be retrofitted to existing applications. The up-coming release of QuiVer will be even more intuitive, and will provide Wintegrate users with enhanced screen presentations.
